“The Highwayman” and “Typhoid Fever” Comparison

In “The Highwayman” to the characters in “Typhoid Fever", Patricia and the landlord's daughter both died at the end of the story. Landlord's daughter name Bess could not talk to her friend just like how Patricia couldn't talk to Frankie. Bess was trying to warn the red-coats were in her house, trying to save a love one. For example, in the story "The Highwayman", Bess could not get away she either had to die with a gun pointed at her. In "Typhoid Fever", Patricia talks to Frankie when she knew she wasn't allowed to and she died from her disease she had. Frank should hear the end of "The Highwayman" because he would understand why Patricia died. In both stories they were in love with two guys.
