Similes + Metaphors + Personification = Figurative Language

Metaphors:
1. Love is a fluid container, it can overflow.
2. Hate is a cold ice on my heart.
3. Life is a stained-glass window filled with color.
4. Friendship is the pot of gold at the end of every rainbow.

Similes:
1. Community meeting is like a thunder storm that never ends.
2. Passes are like being in Hawaii.
3. The gym is like my housemates voices.
4. My house is like a nice sunny day.

Personification:
1. The moon flew into my window.
2. The flower smiled into the sun.
3. The phone was jailed and sentenced for months.
4. The car flew across the race track.
